'Je Ne Comprends Pas' T-Shirt

$65.00

A little partner-piece to our May Magazine ‘Je ne comprends pasfeature and playlist, this is a classic white tee in 100% cotton with ‘Je ne comprends pas’ (meaning ‘I don’t understand’ in French) digitally printed in a lovely French blue.

The phrase is in honour of Raphael Poulain, Amélie Poulain’s father in the French film Amélie, who mutters it when his beloved garden gnome disappears only to reappear in polaroid format in the post, having a grand old tour of the world. If you just don’t understand either, then this one’s for you!

These are printed to order, and we can print them for you on the relaxed-fitting women’s tee pictured, or on a classic men’s/unisex style. The women’s style is a little shorter.

I (Katie - hello!) am a standard size small, and I’m wearing the women’s size M (who doesn’t love a bit of slouch). I’m 168cm tall.

100% cotton. Cool machine wash inside out.

Please note: as these are printed to order, turnaround time will be up to two weeks, not including delivery (but will usually be speedier!). We will let you know when your order is on its way.
